CrossFit Foothill is a 10,000 square foot facility that is dedicated to the strength and conditioning of its members. We welcome anyone and everyone regardless of their fitness level, and strive to help them become the best athlete they can be. Our training methods are 100% CrossFit, (constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity) which produces, undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between.
At CrossFit Foothill we never workout alone. Instead, we train with a small group of other athletes and one of our experienced, professional coaches. By working with a small group of athletes, we give the personal attention that can’t be found at a large gym. CrossFit combines the best training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio.
At CrossFit Foothill, our athletes work incredibly hard; often exceeding their own expectations and set new standards for themselves. Our training is intense, and it creates a unique bond amongst our members. We sweat, we bleed, we expose weaknesses and we get stronger…together. The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At CrossFit Foothill we pride ourselves on being humble, supportive, and positive.
