:15 hollow rock
:15 med ball side touch

Team WOD:
Teams of 2 – AMRAP 25 minutes
400 Meter run (each athlete runs 200)
40 DB Snatch #50/35
40 Walking Lunge Steps
40 Deadlift #135/95
