AMRAP 20 minutes of
3 Wall Ball #20/14
3 Sumo Deadlift High Pull #75/45
200 meter run
6 Wall ball
6 Sumo Deadlift High pull
200 meter run
9 Wall Ball
9 Sumo Deadlift High pull
200 meter run

Continue in this pattern
12 – 15 – 18 – 21 etc…
each person does an entire round,
run together.
