across at 80%

WOD:
For 3 cycles:
AMRAP 3 minutes of:
1:00 minute – Row Calories
1:00 minunte – Power Clean, #135/95
1:00 minute – Burpee over bar

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
