Power Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder press
Push press
Push jerk
Back squat
Overhead squat

STRENGTH:
OTM – 7 minutes (work up to HAP)
Hang Power Clean + Full Squat Clean

SKILL
1 Split Jerk every :20 for 10 minutes
(stay light, work form)

WOD:
Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
